I am a contractor in California that installed many package units from Lennox Industries on homes in my area over the last seven years. Almost everyone of them have developed freon leaks in the evaporator coils after a couple of years. Lennox will warranty the coil but not the labor or Freon. This has required that the customer pay out of pocket for labor and Freon which costs several hundreds of dollars each time. I later found out that they charged my account and had no intentions of issuing a credit. I was interested in buying 2 Gold Leafs tickets for $350.00. This person insisted on interac email transfer as payment due to their age and health conditions. When I asked if I could take a message he got even more indignent and refused to leave a message. This call is from a debt collector but would not state that to me, which is illegal as they are required to inform you of that when they call.
