Like alot of people I get several recorded messages a day about a short call i made from a pay phone and was charged a outrageous amount. I wasn't even aware that that company was the carrier at that pay phone and what the conditions were for the call. And I can't even get ahold of a human at the company to talk to!!! They not only took the 1.99 x 2 that I was expecting, but also 9.99 and 25.00 (for some mag company that ! have no knowlege of). I've started a fraud claim with my bank and had my credit card cancelled and reissued with a new acct. number. I've been unable to reach a human on the other end of any of the supplied numbers. I am a new customer to Direct Tv. I was sick and tired of Comcost high cost. Switched to direct tv based on their $29.99/month solicitation. Howver since I have switched to Direct Tv it been nothing but hassel. You have to submit a request for rebate. It takes 6 to 8 weeks !!! to process your rebate. My family & I went to the Texas Roadhouse in Lafayette Indiana there were 7 of us. My husband and I could not get them to cook our steak the way we wanted them to, they were taken back several time and finally we decided to order something else, the waiter was very rud to us. Also the music was very, very load thatI could not visit with my family, I asked the manager if he could lower it down and he said yes, well he never did and my family and I had to actually yelled at each other so we could hear our conversations. Tried to cancel my data plan I get through AT&T on the IPAD I have the plan for and it wouldn't take my password to cancel so I did the request my password twice and it wouldn't work either. I finally found a 800 to call on my credit card statement and after waiting all of 10 minutes to talk to a rep she told me I would have to do it on my IPAD!!! James Scott called me a few months ago claiming he was the ADA from the calif office and that I was under investigation from bank fraud made by chase manhantten bank. He gave me a lot of my personal information over the phone including my ss# so it sound real to me and he scared me to death! I took my leaf blower in for repair to Sears. I was told that it would take 10 days. Two months later a lady called and told me that it needed a new carburetor for $ 90.00. I paid them to dig up the rock and dirt, down to the weed barrier, and replace new weed barrier and dirt and then new rock on top all around the house, and about three foot out from the house. When I ordered this product on Monday, I was told it would ship on Tuesday via UPS ground from NYC which is a one day shipment to Pennsylvania. My problem is with the "Good Sam" RV club. They are in the business of selling worthless extended protection plans. They sell you this plan when you buy an RV that is 10 years old or newer, for 10% of your purchase price. I had a claim the first year. The jacks wouldn't work. They denied the claim. The second year I had a claim leaking air bags. They denied it also. I appealed to the department manager, a man named Scott, who said, "you don't really expect us to pay out money on an 8 year old rv, do you? Company sent me a notification stating that it was the second one that was sent regarding foreclosure stimulus update. Spouse saw it and told me to call. Comcast hired some third party partner to do unauthorise business with their customer. I had service with comcast for 5 years now without lease. They set me up by changing my account information base on the plan, and charge me over for upgrade service which I didn't give them permission. The handicap ramp exit /entrance is on the drive through side where the cars are leaving the food pick up window with in 15ft and is SAFETY problem. I have exited several times to rude drivers almost hitting me while going down the ramp. Sometimes getting from the handicap parking one has to cross both lanes of traffic to get to the ramp entrance. The ramp should be on the opposite side of the building where there is parking next to the curb and should be right there going right into the side walk and door entrance. My husband called at the end of May to purchase a strut & spring kit. The rep Vita told him he did not need struts if the car already has them, as struts never go bad. She said that the kits with struts are only for vehicles that never had struts. So my husband paid $399.00 to order the springs only. We then paid $200 to install the springs. I tried out their on-line service because I had a health question about my dog. The site claimed that the questions are free and payment is based on a "honour system"and is not required.
