Desert Lexus
Weramitch April 13, 2011
Took in my 2010 LEXUS 330 RX three tiems because it would not start. Had battery replaced - no improvement. Was told car had 'normal power usage' while sitting for a few days. 'Newer cars, all these elctronics, blah, blah.' BS! Actually, I only took the car in once msyelf, next my boyfriend and then my friend's husband. Made no difference. Finally went to another LEXUS dealer and they discovered bad motor on rear lift door. Replaced (under warranty) and now problem is solved. The attitude of the DESERT LEXUS... read full review »

Medco prescription

My daughter was diagnoised with ADHD. She is 5 years old and we started this process when she turned 4 years old. We have been through counselling and behavior modifications and extensive testing and she is now 5 years old and the doctor feels it is safe for her to be on vyvanse now and medco will not cover this medication because of her age. They told me that the pre-authorization was denied because she is 5 and this medicine is recommended for 6 and older. I didn't realize that medco employees went to medical school and are doctors. This deal with Market Beverage Group is a case study example on who not to deal with, and below outlines a business deal gone bad with them in the wrong walking away with the money. Randall was quite helpful when first emailed, it gradually went down from there. After receiving product on a slight delay, a number of issues were found. Every bottle out of roughly 20, 000 had a huge scratch going through the logo. The labels that cover the bottle were so inconsistent we had three different categories, ok, bad, unsellable. The major... read full review »

This company is taking HIT Web Designs old customer for a ripe off. The want you to pay for your domain name or they will hold it for 90 days. I tried to work with them. I was told the CFO was the only one who could authorized my request not to pay $50 for my domain name. Ever could get the CFO to return emails or phone calls. Manager was polite but gave the the run around. They would not send the information in writing to me. I might have paid them for my domain name but the customer service was so lousy there is no way I would pay them for my name. I would rather wait 90 days and re-caputure it. The owner Kevin Ford of Miva Man, a shopping cart developer for Miva company. After using this person I later found out he doesnt work for Miva, misrepresented himself. I then complained to Miva and the went after him. This Kevin Ford Miva Man the billed me for work I had not asked him to do. Since I would not pay him for the work I asked him to do he turned the account over to collection agency and turned over to credit bureau. Both have stated they have other problems with this individual and refused to work with him and file complaint. Watch out for this person, he will bill you for work you didnt ask for and over bill you as well. read full review »

I contacted the finance manager and he sent paper work over to sign so I could get a refund, I signed and sent them back. Well it's been 3 months and still nothing. Have made several attempts to contact the finance manager with no luck. I decided to fill out a complaint to see if this will help. read full review »

I work at a local vet, and let me tell you, these people are nothing but trouble. We had a lady come in with a Frenchie that had been surrendered to them by Goldrush Frenchies. The lady said that Bryan and Anna had surrendered the dog to them because she could no longer be bred and that they didn't want to pay to have her spayed. The poor dog had just had puppies within the last few weeks and her teats were horribly swollen. I'm not sure how they are going to nurse the puppies! I recently moved to Florida and was looking for a dentist for my biannual cleaning. I received a flyer in the mail with coupons from Bright Now! Used to be an avid Diesel Jeans collector. Have 4 pairs, when I went to the flagship shop in NYC- I was turned away after showing them a pair that had literally disintegrated in every way. Bad quality control is the only way to describe this experience, ending with being dismissed like I don't have a valid complaint. You cannot exert too much energy on heavy exercise when on this drug. Does that sound healthy to you? They have you eat only 500 calories a day.
