I was on the internet when suddenly I got a pop up window saying I was infected with a critical virus and was directed to a web site that guaranteed me for $19.95 that it would remove all the viruses which stupidly did. I then found I was charged $99.90 plus $3.00 for an international charge. I found an 800 number called them complained and they stated they would refund my money I am still waiting. They charge an upfront fee to "market" the property and then nothing ever happens. They don't tell you that are not allowed to show the property. How can they sell it when they can't show it? I am a small business owner who is a CLEAR Authorized retailer. A customer who does not have a credit card bought a Greendot Card at Walgreens to purchase CLEAR service . We have processed CLEAR Transactions on prepaid VISA Cards before so we assumed it would be no problem . On 11/9/2008 I bought a refill for HP printer/fax. The product was HPC6658 (PN IJDC6658R). When I tried to install the cartridge, it will not insert in the slot. After comparing the configuration of the old cartridge with the ordered one, I found out that they used the cartridge for the black ink instead of the colored one. I have used Dr. Kevin Smith for 20 years and they used to be wonderful. They just do not care anymore. They killed 4 of my Doberman puppies by first exposing them to Parvo because they did not follow proper procedures and then they treated them with expired medicine.
