I ordered a FREE sample and put $4.97 for shipping on my visa from Emergency Food. I never received the food and noticed a $99.98 charge on my Visa a few hours ago. I called them and they did agree to reverse the charge of $99.98 in 7 to 10 business days. I am going to call back to have them reverse the $4.97 charge as well.
