They sent me an email that they were refunding my money that I had spent on the bids and the money that I had spent winning the items. I had not done anything wrong at all. Virgin makes a cheap phone, but you should at least get minimum basic usability for the price, which you don't get at all. The phone itself is always having technical problems, which makes it useless. The billing charges are also fraudulent. Well, a couple of weeks ago i purchased a small HPS Grow light from this company. I recieved the light in a weeks time. They guarantee nothing; if you have a problem then you pay twice or go elsewhere.
