Do not order any DVD from this website...The quality is terrible, one DVD I ordered does not play at all and the other one paused off and on while running. The sound is also not good. Company owner/mechanic took up the offer to trade services for repair work to a BMW ( a head gasket should be simple, yeah right). This Safeway is consistently out of sale merchandise. When you inquire, the stocking personnel will just say they've run out. It's to the point one considers filing a complaint with the DA for false advertising. You can walk in there most times of the day and not find 50% of the merchandise on sale. In addition, the store is cramped, dirty, poorly lighted, poorly laid out, the produce section is sickening, and the clerks are generally unfriendly. The dealership is involved in unfair practices. They sell the same car to two different customers. The dealership, promise false price to bring customer in and then auction the car to the highest bidder. My partner received a cold phone call from Excite Mobile (aka Telco in a Box) offering her a new phone and entry into a draw for a weekend hotel break. I received my product on the 4th of March and the same day requested a Return Authorization Number so I could send it back. Who buys just one section of a steamer, without a base for it? The photo shows a complete steamer and they put a note in, saying, "Image may not depict product color, inclusions or accessories." I never considered the bottom of a steamer to be an accessory. So today is the 21st of March and still no RA number so they can take my $26.90 deduct about $10 for shipping and deduct 30% for restocking.
