Whitaker Pool & Spa is an organization that opens and closes pools year after year. They state that they have over 20 years experience. My experience unfortunately was a bad one. I received my product on the 4th of March and the same day requested a Return Authorization Number so I could send it back. Who buys just one section of a steamer, without a base for it? The photo shows a complete steamer and they put a note in, saying, "Image may not depict product color, inclusions or accessories." I never considered the bottom of a steamer to be an accessory. So today is the 21st of March and still no RA number so they can take my $26.90 deduct about $10 for shipping and deduct 30% for restocking. The dealership is involved in unfair practices. They sell the same car to two different customers. The dealership, promise false price to bring customer in and then auction the car to the highest bidder. Several years ago, we purchased a set of 4 Bilstein shocks (with lifetime warrantee) from McKenzie’s Performance Products, a shop specializing in off road parts and equipment. The salesman said should they ever fail, return them for replacement. The 2 front shocks failed. We went to McKenzie’s, and the manager refused to honor the warrantee. He said they do not do warrantees. So we contacted Bilstein directly. They immediately sent out 2 new shocks. This Safeway is consistently out of sale merchandise. When you inquire, the stocking personnel will just say they've run out. It's to the point one considers filing a complaint with the DA for false advertising. You can walk in there most times of the day and not find 50% of the merchandise on sale. In addition, the store is cramped, dirty, poorly lighted, poorly laid out, the produce section is sickening, and the clerks are generally unfriendly.
