I have had a green dot card for over a year with little to no serious issues. Recently, I had my income tax return loaded on the card. I was billed $108.+ on my verizon phone bill for 3 months that was NOT AUTHORIZED. E zip refused to give me a hard copy of the recording that authorization was given. Whitaker Pool & Spa is an organization that opens and closes pools year after year. They state that they have over 20 years experience. My experience unfortunately was a bad one.
