I am very disappointed with this laptop. I bought it to use as a desktop, however I found this to be impossible. This laptop is pron to overheating. The fan for the CPU is not nearly enough to cool the processor. The sensors used for the touch-pad are too sensitive so you could have your wrists rested on the sides next to the touch-pad and it will cause the mouse to move. We purchased a bicycle on a Friday evening at 8:00 p.m. We placed the pre-assembled cycle in a truck bed and transported it to our home. We took the bike out of the truck and my son got on it and put his foot on the pedal and the chain jammed. This was a floor model. I purchased a kwikset key less entry for the front door and after 6 months it quit working. The key pad did not work and make the unit worthless. When i called customer service they said that i could purchase another keypad. They call me and asked if i would like to apply for a grant to increase my current business. I applied and 2 days later they said i was approved for a $115, 000 business grant and I needed to send the $1995.00 so i could get my grant in 90 days. They wanted it to be wired to them by my bank or they would send fed ex to pick up my check. So I checked them out and no such thing so I called the BBB, Fight Fraud, Federal Trade Commission and some others and reported them. They did send fed ex to pick up check but left empty handed. yesterday I ordered an iPhone over the phone and paid extra for it to be delivered by 10:30 AM. I got an email stating that it would be delivered by 3:00. The Wellspring camps for overweight kids are expensive but good. One bad thing is that they have a regime that is impossible to maintain at home, so your child gains back what she/he lost at camp. I have contacted Globe many times to ask them to remove my deceased husband from their mailing list. More than once I have been assured this would happen. Since I had a Globe policy on him when he died, you would think they would know he passed away. I had applied for additional insurance before he passed away and paid the premium for additional coverage. However, they decided not to honor the additional amount and also treated me like a criminal when trying to collect on the original amount. Years of paying for insurance in case of disability. Cigna paid the short term disability but when it turned into long-term, they terminated the long-term at the first follow up. Even though Social Security found permanent disability, CIGNA knows better and terminated payments. Reason? The mental health clinician used the term stable in her confidential medical records (stable in this case meant condition quit deteriorating when employment stopped) and a note indicating 8 hours of volunteering A MONTH! I took my car in for the scheduled service. The first time my wife rode in the car after the service, we discovered that both vanity mirror lights did not function (drivers and passengers sides).
