I ordered 2 back (clavicle) supports expecting to get the same support as pictured. The universal support that I ordered was defective in that the adjustment straps were sewn at the top of the spacer strap rather than at the bottom as shown in their picture, thus the spacer strap simply hung down flapping freely. I was offered a job by one of these "companies" and immediately became suspicious after the "recruiter" said that he was going to mail me a check and wanted me to send cash to a "software" company to purchase software for at home training.
