I paid for service a year a time to save money. When I was selling my house so I gave them notice, when house sold I cancelled service. The unused months of service was to be refunded to me. First they said it takes 3 months to do a refund, when if I was starting up service they would expect immediate payment. Then after stalling for 3+ months, they still have yet to send me my refund. Very Poor customer service. I highly recommend going with another company. They will not follow through on their word and they will take your money. On jan 11 I broke my arm and went to this hospital for emergency care. They were very rude and uncaring. They told me yes my arm was broken, put it in a splint and told me to follow up with a ortho. in a day or two. The next day I went to a different hospital very sick and in extreme pain. They immedialy sent me to Harborview trauma center in seattle by ambulance.Turns out my elbow was broken in 10 pieces, they had wrapped it so tight that I developed compartment syndrome. Someone I know gave them my email. I dont know if it was even voluntary or through a worm. SInce then, I am getting e-mails from this company and other companies "linkedin" with them. I never authorized the use of my e-mail account and there is no way to unsubscribe from them. There is coincidently no contact information available for them anywhere on their site. CROOKS911 This company is a complete rip off/ scam. I was told by two different insurance adjusters, and an independent contractor that the damage on my roof was invented. Greg Bonner and James Landers run scam companies! We paid Building EMT for a roof replacement and these two men ran off with our money. My husband is restricted to a wheel chair and we decided to spend the remaining of our savings to repair our roof that was leaking. Thanks to James Landers who lives in Saint Petersburg, Florida and Greg Bonner who lives in Houston, Texas our savings is depleted and our roof is leaking so bad we still have a tarp on it. Hailey bred my little one year old Manx, Cooper. He has been diagnosed with Manx Syndrome, part of his spine missing, diminishing and developing mega colon. It is only a matter of time before we have to put him to sleep.
