I had a mortgage with BAC Servicing and my house burned and was a total loss. I received a check from the insurance that was more than the payoff of my mortgage. I submitted the check to BAC Servicing to payoff my mortgage and return the overpayment of funds to me. Filed my taxes with turbo tax on the 9th of january so that when they accept it on the 15th/16th it would be good to go. IRS accepted an and since I wanted them to take out fees from my refund, it had to go through santa barbara group. Asked to move phone across the street to another building but ended up paying for two separate lines instead of one. They are inexpensive but you can call them "Dry Cleaners from hell". My lined pants was cleaned in a high temperature that the top layer shrunk and the lining is now longer than the pants itself. They did the same thing with my husband's jacket and when we brought back the jacket, they said they will fix it.
