The whole process was long and in the end I was taken for my money. The hotel needs to upgrade the tv's in the guest rooms. They still have 19 in (box) color tv's. I stayed one night on 1 July 11 in RM 1811. The drainage on in the sink was very slow. The carpet was not clean in the room and the iron in the room didn't work well. We were unable to change rooms so we were stuck in this room for the night. The installation was bad. The paint and wood has chipped on slat corners and warped. Little nail hooks have fallen out. Wood slats look to have been glued back together during it's construction.
