My Mongo card took $99.95 out of my checking account right before Christmas. I immediatly called them and had to fight with them as they kept telling me what a good deal it was. This company has stopped paying people the money they owe for shopping through their site. Money was owed in November has not been paid and looks "In Process", but the process only takes a day. It is a fake statement to cover for the fact that they clearly do not have the money to pay people what is owed. If you contact their customer service, they have completely stopped answering. And they have no phone number, so you can not call and ask why they aren't paying, or if they plan to remedy the problem. DO NOT Use their site for shopping because you will not get paid. This company could not have been worse. They get you signed up and then send you the worst food. Then they don't send food to hundreds of clients and don't even bother to make a phone call to let anyone know. They said it was the whether's fault. Purchase a c15A Marine engine in April of 2010. Engine was not running properly. After several trip to check out the motor and after I lost several charter trips they found a problem in the wiring harness that they installed. A few weeks later we starting getting bills for work that was under warranty. I thought this was resolved, now I have another problem the engine is leaking fuel or oil out the exhast. We bought a truck in Arizona. My husband flew out to get it. I got insurance on the vehicle before he left and he had the card. Arizona will not issue a temp tag.
