We have had our Sleep Number beds approx. 10 years. We purchased the bed frames from another source. My wifes twin bed mattress does not register right She normally sleeps on Select No.45. Paid $230 for several multi-year disney magazine subscriptions. After several months I called to check on the order. At this point they said one of the magazines was no longer available and gave me a list to choose another from. I decided that I just wanted a refund. I have called a dozen or more times and actually got them on the phone twice. The second time they said they would have their refund person call me back. On January 5, 2011, this company which I have never heard of, withdrew $99.49, from my checking account at JP Morgan Chase. There is also a 35.00 overdraft fee from the bank which leaves a total of a $133.92 overdraft to my account. The bank said a paper check was submitted, # 5231195. This site sells counterfeit goods. Do not trust them. I ordered a Ping G15 and received a counterfeit, fake club. It was shipped from China. I have reported them to my credit card company and the FBI IC3 complaint website. Their website claims "no hassle returns" and I couldn't get an address to return the club. I stumbled on this site -- don't quite know how -- and it is an obvious fake. Supposedly for consumer support, there is nothing on the site about the product(s) supported. There is a stock photo of a nice woman phone operator. No phone number (available only to customers), an email support address which takes you back to the trdapp site. I believe that it puts tracking cookies in your computer. It's made to look as legit as it can with boxes to put in sensetive data and a coded verification box. I bought a copy of Microsoft Office 2007 for $79. I downloaded the software with no problems, entered the license key they provided with no issues. the product ran fine for a couple of weeks until the products (Outlook and Word) complained that the license I was using was not valid. I ran the Microsoft validation tool for Office 2007 and it reported that I had an invalid license. Customer support tried to help, but they finally gave up and so did I.
