I have an unauthorized charge on my mobile bill from this scam of a company. Verizon helped me to STOP these charges, but was unable to refund my money. I had two promotions from VIP, one for FLY USA, which was for 2 round trip tickets for 2 adults anywhere in the US, and one was for a 7 day car rental. Fonality service is absolutely terribile. We routinely have dropped calls, bad call quality, and other call issues. We have logged dozens of support requests but have had no resolution. I purchased a AL-30 D.I.Y Hydrogen Generator Kit from SaveFuel.ca. They did not tell me that in the United States it was illegal to have a mechanic install this device in my truck. This is a very well done site with a lot of compliments about replicavalley.com/pursevalley.com and a lot of other affiliated sites. They claim to be an independent consumer reporter for quality replica handbags. It's not hard to figure out the site administrator must be employed by these people. Posted complaints disappear very quickly from the site. If you do your research you will find that you will pay some $300 for cheap plastic knockoffs worth $30 on big city street corners. This company is not focused on customer service at all. The service rep had no personality, and had to come back to service our air conditioner three times before we had any cool air. Poor service plus no sense of urgencey to follow up will equal another small company going out of business. This site offers a muscleflex machine in 4 easy paypal payments. Only when the last payment is paid do they stop any contact with you and ignore any of your emails. The cost is $395, I actully offered to add their link to my website and offered to pay more for the delivery, they told me to wait a couple of weeks and then never came back to me. I recieved a letter from Lotus Financial Services informing me that I had won a mega million sweepstakes with an attached check for $4, 450. I called the number listed in the letter (1-604-728-9366) and spoke with a Jessica Martin. She guaranteed me that the check was good and should be deposited and told me to call her back when I deposited it. I did and the check came back from my bank as a counterfeit.
