I recently had Norton install their Anti Virus program into my computer. Since I had Norton Anti Virus installed laslt year a pop up allerting me that my year was up. It advertised on their website that it would cost $58.98 Canadian Funds. I put it on my mastercard and when I checked with MC, you charged my American Funds which amounted to $73.62. Every store that does not offer bathrooms to their customers should not be allowed to operate. If someone needs a bathroom, it is never a matter "oh yippee, I've been waiting to use the bathroom at Dollarama". It's a matter of health and necessity, depending on the person's system - this can cause extreme discomfort. We have a Fin-all roof installed, there are so many leaks now that I am going to have to replace my lifetime roof with something else!!! SO much for a warranty, tried contact numbers and are no longer inservice, been given to another user or just no answer. This is the same company, but with a different name as the Waterhouse Securities scam. The letter looks exactly the same as the Waterhouse Securities, but says Powerhouse Securities Inc. This still has a Canada (Ontario) address, but the check has a Minnesota address. It looks like a real check. Whenever call company, you get an automated service asking you to leave a message but then tells you the mailbox is full. I took my truck into get an MVi done, tires changed out, trany fluid changeed and oil changed...they came up with three other things my truck needed (2005)...I had them do two of the three...the third was they said to pass inspection I would need a front lower ball joint replaced...and for them to do it would come as a whole unit and would cost and extra 900-1000 bucks! not having it at the time I called around and set up an appointment with another place who could just replace the lower ball joint instead of the whole unit..which is common... read full review »

I purchased a La-Z-y Boy Spa from Costco Canada. What a nightmare. Costco has been great though they are standing behind the warranty that came with the hot tub to pick up the lack of customer service lazy boy and tatum provide. This 'agency' is a scam. They do nothing but brainwash and manipulate innocent people. I have been dealing with Sanyo in regards to this particular telephone since January 12, 2006. The defective telephone unit was sent back to Ontario via courier (Sanyo refused any other type of method of return) at my expense of 30.15. Bought 3 pieces over a period of time, always having to move up in price with the promise of 18% or more within 6 months. At last I told the broker when he sent me a check for the trade in amount I would buy the nest piece. We were flying out of Orlando Int Airport to Detroit on April 12/09. We bored the plane and the flight was delayed for a hour and a half because of techenical problems witht he right wing. The captin of the plane finaly came on after sitting at the gate for 30 mins to say that the problem was fixed and we just had to wait for some paper work to be done. the take off was now suposed to be in 15 mins. 30 Minuts after that still sitting at the gate they brought us free, complementry WARM water. Stay away from free trial offers of resveratrol. Before you know it (because the fine print is so small) you'll be billed $80US for a "free trial" of the product and the company won't answer their customer care line or answer their email, so you can't return the product.
