I live next door to a Town of LaSalle worker he works for the water division. I been told by him and seen first hand the things he steals from work. Ranging from grass seed to ready rod to dirt gravel stoplights for his basement. He also get dropped of in the middle of the day to cut his grass or watch his kids while his wife leaves. He has told me that he still on the clock and laughs. I pay 4000 dollars in property tax and this gets me mad. Bought these Itasca boots, last season for hunting- Great boots, but they dont seem to hold up- I only used them for hunting-after season I put them up till this year! We experienced malfunctioning A/C in a Hawaiian home rented from Luxury Retreats. As an adjustment, we requested compensation but were only given a 5% discount on future rentals. When we indicated this was inadequate and requested a 5% payment, we were refused. They say they value customer service but failed to deliver. It appears that is one of the ways Telus makes a profit. They put $211.00 cancellation fee on my credit card. I phoned in October and they agreed it was an error and would reverse the amount. It is now December and the reversal did not come through. I phoned again and the credit had not been processed. I went in the store to buy a leash for my dog and one of the women yelled at me for not closing one of the gates fast enough.When I returned to look for sunglasses I thought I left in the store, she actually screamed at me, completely unprovoked. Do not buy this dishwasher. We purchased a new one in 2006 and it has had many repairs (parts replacements) since then. The repairs have been free so far even after waranty expiration date however that's due to parts issues. I was intrigues by all the commercials for the Rogers Wireless Internet Stick so I bought one. The ads all seem to be "plug and play" and the instructions indicated just that. My laptop is not brand new but is only two years old. I tried to make it work and could not. If you own an iPhone be careful not to lose it or in my case have it stolen. Fido will not replace that phone for anything less than $675 . No report or rating is provided despite clear claims that reports would be "immediate" and "free". Appearently you have to call some number to not be billed. I had a credit note worth $125 from Fairweather since i returned a purchase. I misplaced this note and now fairweather refuses to issue me a duplicate. i am willing to show proof of purchase through my credit card by which they can pull up the record of the certificate on their records. but they refuse to help point blank! We purchased hardwood flooring from this company in June 07. We made our decision based on a sample at the store as well as a sales rep who talked about the great value of the floor as well as the industrial finish and wonderful warranty on the product as long as we used their installer. But when i received the statement most of the calls were made from vancouver BC area.And the phone company took money from my credit card .
