CIA.COM the worst service for VOIP!!! My phone line has not worked for over 6 months, CIA has billed my credit card for the phone charges, when my 14+ emails went unanswered I cancelled my credit card. Really great customer care- I looked online for a florist for flowers for the funeral and came across www.bloomex.ca in Winnipeg. My grandfather passed away 2 days prior. I purchased my car brand new and have had numerous service issues. I just wanted to thank Bloomex.ca for the beautiful flowers they were able to dispatch from their Mississauga people. They were perfect - the size, the colour, the arrangement. My great uncle passed away, we contact Bloomex for the funeral arrangements. The girl on the phone was really helpful, she took the time to go through the arrangements, we wanted yellow roses instead of red for the Unequivoval love spray. She custom made the spray we wanted with our specs. It was delivered 2 hours before the service (we ordered it at noon, it arrived at 2pm). We just got this Stove at the end of August and used the self clean for the first time. I have been billed for months colse to a year by a place called I marketing leader. I Signed up for a newsletter with them for $1 They never sent one at all. However the name I signed up for the newletter was not with is not the name that is on my CC Statement, so not being able to reach either, I didn't put the 2 together. So I have received absolutely nothing, for which I spent $1 for a newsletter and they have been charging for almost a year between 35 & 38 Dollars each and every month. I am a South African in England using a Visa card for my money. This morning I was told that my card has been closed. There is no reason for this - just that it has been closed.
