We reserved a room at this place-now called boutique waterfront lodge for two nights. after being in this room for only two hours we discovered that the room was infested with bed bugs.we were offered a refund by the attendant. we went to our room to gather our belongings and returned to the office to deal with the refund. After explaining carefully the extensive work my motorcycle needed Bill and Craig agreed to take it on. It needed numerous parts. Instead of fixing it they left it untouched for 5 months and told me they had ordered all the parts needed. They didn't provide an estimate for costs because they never looked at it. I was quoted on an hourly rate. I asked if there were any other fees than the hourly rate which was $45/h. They told me they charged an extra hour for traveling time. I asked is that all the charges, they said yes. The man that I spoke with asked for a $300.00 deposit prior to the move and we would be refunded any amount that wasn't used up. We purchased a cottage in the U.S.A. and we live close to Spencerville Ontario . Now it just so happens that the Cottage had a Quadra Fire Pellet Stove in it. I have been trying to cancel the order I made for the tea for five months. I cannot find a number to call and they will not return email requests. They are however, charging my credit card twice now. I had bid on a diamond and one it. Did all the payment things then they turn around and said they had internet issues with people that could not bid because of this. They had returned my money to my account in full I am not sure as of yet until I receive my statement. Where do I begin? First, they sucker you into buying a membership. No where on their website do they list prices of their different memberships, and even if you call and ask them they tell you you have to make an appointment with their membership representative person. We had our twin girls baptised in May 2008 and hired these 'photographers' to capture this special time. Today I paid a collection agency for a bill that was never mine just to keep it off my credit rating. I cancelled our service with webhosting on the telephone in August 2007 as they were too difficult to contact and usually had to wait on hold for over a half our at a time just to speak to a customer service representative. Winner of $125, 000, The Bank of HSBC Buffalo, New York 14203 dose not exists. The check they sent me for $3, 975.00 can not be cashed. They want you to call there very well trained claim analyst before you can cash it and then you have to money gram at Walmart it and send it back to them sounds like fraud or money laundering to me. I worked with Steve and Becky as an employee and was also told I owned 5% of the company and profits. I was supposed to be paid $2000 a month salary. I often had to expense many things for them.
