I received a phone call from this company they called themselves US Online America Group. They talked me to buy their affiliate program which I wasnt at all interested but the managed to get me to enter. They assured me that is I change my mind I can cancel and be able to get my money back. I signed up for the Rich Dad personal coaching on a Thursday, requested cancellation on the following Monday.
During my initial phone call where I agreed to sign up for the personal coaching plan, I was told the charges would be $6983 in Canadian funds. However, my Visa was charged for $6298 US funds, which after the exchange rate was $7151.13 in Canadian funds. This is a discrepancy of $168.13 charged more than I was told.

After doing some checks about the website, it looked legit, even offering payment through paypal. I ordered a Michael Jackson Ultimate DVD collection for $89.00 with free shipping. I paid through paypal and got confirmations by e-mail. The confirmation showed a name of receiver as Zhang Yu with an e-mail of [email protected].

The holiday inn on cooper and cartier street is the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. My family and i were staying there for a couple nights. The front desk staff were not so great and most of the maids were wonderful. However... We were looking at the different models of stoves in the show room, and their salesman eventually directed us toward a stove wedged between other appliances. This people find your resume in Workopolis or other job search websites, then they contact you via email or phone and propose that you collect for them using your bank account and keep 1 % of the collection and wire the difference to them overseas. The hardest thing to say is... yes I got suckered... The main thing I wish that everyone reads is how to handle this situation as I read all the prior posts and not too many explained the outcome or how to resolve it.
1) YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR CREDIT CARD. IF YOU CHANGE THE CARD NUMBER THEY STILL CAN PUSH THROUGH THE TRANSACTION(S).
They will keep on withdrawling money on a "free for all" basis. It will be random days or multiple times in the same week or with a different company name.

After many attempts to get help to fix Bitdefender Antivirus I am forced to go buy another product.
You can't get help from their support department. They don't reply to e-mail, an rarely answer the phone or chat. If they do answer the phone or chat you are directed to send information via e-mail. And they only reply once to your e-mail asking for more information before they stop responding.

We used Primus Canada for couple of years and eventually cancelled their services due to too many dropped calls. I notified them of my intent asked them to send a final bill. I received one and paid it. Later, they sent another bill indicating I needed to pay final month payment because it was not included. I paid that too. I also returned their hardware as well. I recently made bought 2 WD500GB SATA hard drives from NCIX.COM online store through its St. Patricks Day sale @ $89.99 plus the extra shipping cost ($15). When I recieved my hard drives, I attempted to install and format them. A month or so later, I decided to upgrade to a larger size which wasn't a problem because of their 60 day sleep guarantee. Here it is! I bought 4 tickets for the Manitoba Moose vs Hershey Bears game, which would of been on the June 14 2009. But the Manitoba Moose lost game 6 and therefor game 7 was canceled.
So, the tickets came to 89.00$.
I called Ticketmaster, and asked them about how they did the refund of a canceled event. They said the would refund 89.00$- 3$ for a processing fee.
The rep and a supervisor both told me that the 3$ was a non-refundable fee even though the event was canceled.

I was definitely worked over by the sales people (Sharon/Michelle). I was put in a room with a camera on me. I believe I was being analyzed while the sales person was not in the room.
