Beware of Supertech. I bought a flat in 2006 in Emrald court Noida. They promised possession in Dec 2007. Its been over 2 years and every time I call, they keep giving some flimsy excuse. The company is totally unethical. I even flew to Delhi two times to check things out. But the work is not progressing at all.
