I have an AMC with the company for acqua flow water purifier. The AMC expired on 9.9.2008. In the month of AUGUST 2008, the water purifier stopped functioning. The matter was immediately reported to the customer service centre and i was given a complaint number (51673714) and an id (1000829479). I had complained to the call centre on phone number 39883333. I bought a Mototola Cellphone from Ms. Maru Enterprises, Vashi New Mumbay on 27 Feb 2008. The set failed to function from the month of August 2008, which is still under warranty, and was returned to the Service centre, namely, varad at vashi. I have subscribed to billdesk bill payment services for my mobile and telephone bills for the past 2 years. In these 2 years, I have been charged late payment charges of Rs 100 + Service tax almost 6 times.
