I had registered a complaint at whirlpool customer care on 14th June 2008 that, the Elite250 refrigerator which I own from 2004 is not cooling. The service engineer came on 17th June 2008 and checked that the compressor had stop functioning. The compressor had to be replaced. However the occupants of New Minal Residency are facing problems as water tankers move around blocking roads and spilling water making road side muddy. These water tankers transfer water to sump tank by running diesel pumps, which are not only emitting smoke but are also creating noise even in the night hours and during day. The water tanker drivers are free to keep their radio on full volume creating problems for the residents. The power cut in Vaishali Specially for Sector 1 is causing a lot of problem. A normal cut in a day is 10-12 hours. When u need it for water the electricity has gone. I do not understand who prepare the cut schedule from morning 6 AM to 8 AM and Night 12 PM to 2 AM. This is the injustice with people who are residing in Vaishali Area. Few days back I visited this school and met some nursery teachers. Although they were having good communication skills but not the qualification only couple of teachers were well educated but not the all. I met one more teacher and she had done only NTT from some sanskaar institute (poor institute)along with BA degree from distance learning courses...pathetic teacher...I am very disspointed and highly disstaisfied because my son is studying there and now I am planning to move him to some quality school like DPS or Lotus valley. I have had a pathetic experience with Agarwal movers and packers. They were very polite initially to get my business. But once I gave them the contract to move my household items, the problems started. They were late, they were rude, they were inefficient and worst of all, they all behaved as if they didn't care for feedback at all.
