I booked the Swift Vxi Vehicle on 29th Oct 2007 , on the pretext that it will be delivered within 20 days. The sales guys told me that you will definitely recieve your car within the timeframe. I had unfortunately booked tickets from ezeego1.com, I booked the tickets for 17Feb'08 and because of some silly system mistake my tickets got confirmed for 16Feb'08. I have the mail from ezeego1.com which says my schedule is for 17 Feb'08 but when i confirmed it with Airdeccan they said it is for 16 Feb'08. I have been trying to call up these guys from ezeeego for last 20 days but nobody seems to give heed to any mails or calls. It is the worst experience i have had with any service industry. I purchased Aqua guard RO costing around 15 grands. Water has been dripping from the unit from the day it was installed. Repeaed calls to the customer care resulted only in them sending inexpirenced tech chaps who keep mentioning that its a minor fault and they need to get some part to have this taken care of.
