I visited Italy last September. In 2009 approximately 7-8 months after the fact I received (three) violations from the Municipality of Florence. Stay away from this company!! We were an hour late because of ferries and they charged us an extra 100 euro to wait!! they knew they had us by the curlies. MV Agusta F4 model is faulty, it overheats causing the radiator to blow, in addition fairings have melted and the bikes have a very serious stalling issue. They refuse to take responsibility for this problem and issue a recall, despite the multiple (1000s) of complaints. Do NOT deal with this company. I was given a car with no spare wheel (and not advised of this) so when I had a puncture I had to wait over an hour for a pick up truck to transport me and the car (midday, no aircon!) for two hours. The car was then replaced (note the tyre note!). I then had a three hr drive back along motorway so lost the whole day. My wife rented a defective car from Budget Auto at the Milan (Malpensa) airport. The car broke down on the Auobahn and she was later charged $1500 to repair the defective auto.
