I have ordered from prointer ink warehouse for quite a while, but only small orders that would fit in an apartment mailbox. I had a large project to do, and make the HUGE mistake of ordering a large amount for this project. With a deadline fast approaching, my package was never delivered, due to UPS incompetence in following instructions. The bottom line is I had to go out and spend $500 buying cartridges reatil to make the deadline. Now I am out the money, and getting a run around on a refund. We bought a 2009 Oak Creek 18 X 80 from the Tulsa location and we have had nothing but problems with it every since! We have had problems with eveything from the electricity to the ceilings to the hot water heater. It has been very difficult to get them to come out and work on the house at all and when they do some of the work they do is very unsatisfactory. Our house is a very poor quality home and Oak Creek refuses to do anything to make this right. And their 7 year warrenty is a joke. This guy is a total scam. He runs options trading courses and offers very high risk options trading and portfolios. Ask him for his track record in more detail and he will only tell you the good stories. They report what is a 400% loss as a 100% loss. ASIC has tried to investigate them a few times, but they are clever. I have lost about 50k following his recommendations. updated my sprint wireless modem for promise of 4g service, and was supposed to get rebate for modem. it's been four months and i have not yet received rebate. my modem sometimes tells me there is no 4g in Pittsburgh or it tells me i can try it out for $9 for one day or it says initializing 4g for hours without initializing it. the sprint peopel in south america where i am sent for customer support say that i have 4g and that it is in pittsburgh, but it is nowhere to be found, just like my rebate. these people are theives and liars. do not purchase anything from sprint read full review »
