It turned out to be a mistake. At the first sight of this flat, we were astonished. It is very shabby. The wall was so thin that you could hear everything around, not to mention the wind was coming through the wall. There were only 3 small electronic heaters. On 12 Jan 2011 I ordered a jacket from this website. It shipped the next day. I'm an active duty military member that is stationed over seas. It's a crapshoot if you get what you ordered. I am a former employee. This company is well known for high rates of employee termination and the customer service area isn't trained -except in ways to BS- and when CS tries to help customers or has to cancel or refund and order they are terminiated! I just checked my checking account and found that a $1000 has been taken from my savings account. Feb 17th I recieved a call from this company to recheck my computer. I had this done about a month ago. He asked if I recieved my $35 back from before and I told him no. He took control of my computer and went to the Western Union site and said that was how I was going to get my money back. I had 6 things on my statement.
