When my mother passed away on January 30th, 2011, Ivers and Alcorn Funeral Home picked her up from the hospital and took her to there Merced office. We have successfully purchased and downloaded XBox LIVE's "Call of Duty: Black Ops - First Strike: Pack 1 (EN)". It appears from the games marketplace as fully downloaded and available to "PLAY NOW" yet we get the bogus and incorrect message screen: "To use this item, play the game it was downloaded for." We are then directed to any of our GAMES library. This pack set is NOT showing in any of our libraries. Why? Do NOT rent a car from Thrify at the Frankfurt Airport. They send you a company called Terstappen, which will triple your rates. They will not accept VISA or Mastercard for CDW. They charge your credit card 600 Euros for a 'damage waiver' and do not refund it. We were quoted less than $200 on the Thrifty website for a two-week van rental. Total credit card charges came to over $1700. I am not kidding. We are fighting it, but every time we get the charges removed by Visa, Terstappen charges them all over again. They are the biggest ripoff artist I've ever come across. They will suck you in on HUGE savings on vacations all over the world. Our IT have requested over week and half to transfer my two business phones over to the new carriers. Bell is TOO BIG! Sheer Incompetence from Top Down!!! During my short six-month stay I can detail countless (dozens) of clerical and other mistakes made at the office. The turnover rate was high. If someone named "Charles Williams" contacts you to be a mystery shopper for Shop'nChek, run away fast. It's a scam. Involves "evaluating" Western Unions and MoneyGrams. You get a check by overnight, cash it and forward most of the cash to someone else via one of the above services. Then you supply an "evaluation" of the Western Union or MoneyGram. Please be informed that my phone was booked in for repairs and returned after 3 weeks with the same fault. This service is totally unacceptable whereby my Audio was distorting and I could not hear on incoming calls. This company is the worst company I have ever experienced. It's been 10 days and we still did not get our furniture, we moved out of state and we have nowhere to sleep and no work clothes.
