I recently placed an order with the website. They claimed to have no record that I placed an order and assured me that it would be fine and I would not be charged (so I went and purchased the products elsewhere in the meantime.) I had the misfortune of ordering a "free trial" for spider veins back in 12/10. It was junk and I returned it within the 30 day trial, but I had given them my debit card to pay for shipping charges. I have had a credit balance for two months. Lets just say the run around is endless. It is almost like a bunch of 10 years olds running a dental company. We bought 4 bus tickets from the express bus liner Super 88 to travel from Ipoh to Singapore on the 5-Feb-2011 with RM 105/seat. The bus tickets we paid for 1 month in advanced supposed to be a 27 seaters Super VIP bus but on the departure date, it became a 44 seaters chartered bus which is a very much uncomfortable bus.
