On Aug 2010, I have personally deliver them a void cheque to set up monthly pre authorization withdrawal along with payments of condo fees. I tried to cancel my puppy wellnes plan when we lost out dog and was told I would have to pay the balance owed. (about $50.00) I refused to pay The account has now been sold to a collection agency and the amount has grown to $75.00.
