This site sells counterfeit goods. Do not trust them. I ordered a Ping G15 and received a counterfeit, fake club. It was shipped from China. I have reported them to my credit card company and the FBI IC3 complaint website. Their website claims "no hassle returns" and I couldn't get an address to return the club. My credit card company reversed the charges and now this company is harassing me to re-pay for the club or return it to them. read full review »

Don't shop on this site! The picture of the item on the website was completely different from what they sent. I paid for one type of delivery and they sent it via a cheaper option. I followed their on-line instructions to attempt to return the product, and cannot get any response at all. read full review »

The site is a complete COUNTERFEIT and FRAUD operation. I just lost $150.00 because I didn't do my homework on the company and was sucked in by the lower prices. I ordered a 2008 Taylormade Burner driver, received it 2 weeks later, then took it to an authorized dealer and had them look at it. Low and behold it was a knockoff. So, I have been doing some looking around and reading today and have learned there is a LARGE market in the counterfeiting of golf clubs coming from China (bastards). Please take caution and check the manufacturer... read full review »

I stumbled on this site -- don't quite know how -- and it is an obvious fake. Supposedly for consumer support, there is nothing on the site about the product(s) supported. There is a stock photo of a nice woman phone operator. No phone number (available only to customers), an email support address which takes you back to the trdapp site. I believe that it puts tracking cookies in your computer. It's made to look as legit as it can with boxes to put in sensetive data and a coded verification box. If you stumble on this site make sure to clean your cookies all out of your computer. This is one to be avoided. read full review »

Beware of sites like this. Many times the equipment is not what you think it is. You're better off NOT buying golf equipment on the internet, but if you do be sure to buy from the big guys like GolfSmith.com, GolfGalaxy.com or $#*!sSportingGoods.com. They all have CLEARANCE areas where you can find some interesting deals on all sorts of golf equipment and accessories. Most of the prices are all competitive so don't get burned trying to save a few bucks. read full review »

The site sells fake golf clubs and is based out of China. I didn't realize the Chinese were involved or I never would have purchased from the web site. Fake merchandise and Chinese, are you suprised? Not only was it fake it was a poor fake. The club I bought was an R9 fairway wood. The weight will not tighten nor with the "adjustable" shaft. I got taken, I hope you don't. read full review »

Rip off merchants, the website is very good as a tool for cheating people - I ordered a laptop via this website, the firm is in China, I transfered my money £213and in receipt they said that I was to send further £185 for Chinese customs to release to me.I let them know thay there was never any mention of this on the site and also thay they would be liable for the tax and it should have been factored into the price.Needless to say since that email I have heard nothing and received no cash backTony. read full review »

This watch was purchased for me by my partner on 8th January 2010 (a complete and lovely surprise for Valentines Day - I had admired it in Ernest Jones Jewelers in Chesterfield. However, the face lens cracked across after only three times of wearing. I took this back to Ernest Jones who sent it off to yourselves to be told that it needed a new glass face at a cost of £70! I advised I had not banged or bumped the watch and I thought it to be a design fault. They said not. I took in to F Hinds in Chesterfield who charged me £35 for... read full review »

My family and I stayed at the Dolphin Resort from December 16th -22nd, leaving the 22nd. We had a few room issues. The first day, I had forgotten my laptop in the car. I used the tv remote, turned on the internet, but when I tried to use the keyboard, nothing would happen. I couldn't get the keyboard to work, so I took off the back to see if it had batteries. They were completely corroded. Well, you couldn't go back to regular TV without turning off the internet from the keyboard. I called the front desk, explained the situation and... read full review »

Unreliable. If you need something that is time sensitive there are better online stores out there. My experience with Trainuniverse (and parent company MrToys.com) was very negative. Back in September 2008 I took out a 'Corporate Membership' with 24-7 Coaching, with a clear money guarantee, to quote "A risk-free 2 year service [expires Sept 2010] with full ROI promise/money back guarantee just $299 USD / £199 GBP". Due to a very poor service, and the promise of the website being changed and updated (it hasn't been in two years), I felt that the 'Corporate Membership' was not worth the money, so under the 'promise' of a refund, I contacted 24-7 Coaching.
