I cancelled my account with DS Waters last October 2010 because of poor service and was charged a cancellation fee, was charged $112.96 on my credit card November 26, 2010 for that cancellation fee. I set up an appointment for them to pick up the 4 empty bottles which they never pick up. On December 27, 2010 they charged my credit card with another $ 70.19! On 23rd October 2010, I delivered 8 timber dining room tub chairs to Padstow Upholstery in Sydney with the promise from the business 0wner that the chairs would be restained and re-upholstered no later than 21 days from delivery to the factory.
