This salon changes stylist like I change my socks, I have been going to the establishment since they opened in May 2010, since then their has been at least 20 stylist thru those doors. I don't recall ordering this product but the "agency" could not give me a website or phone number of this "company." I went on shopnbc.com, my husband noticed that they had trials for teeth whitening. I ordered trial for $4.95 which was charged to my account. My husband went to a Dentist because of a tooth ache. The tooth was cracked but Dr. Walker said he could fix it. The pain was terrible and my husbands face started to swell and he became very ill. I insisted he go to the dental surgery clinic. The dental Surgeon pulled the tooth that was NOT able to be fixed and the infection was very serious. I was automatically having my payments on my NEA Bank of America card made via the Bank of America website. Bill was scheduled for Jan. 2 which was a Sunday. I have add a recent issue with the radiator hose on my 2008 Toyota Solara conv. The car had 36, 300 miles on it when the upper hose blew out near the radiator connection; which is about 3" from the adjacent unshielded exhaust header. I had the car towed to my local certified mechanic.
