During the busy lunch rush, i waited at the counter for my order (#18) while this woman texted. My food was done and in the staging area. I waited a total of five minutes while this lady texted and/or facebooked on her phone. She laughed and was pointing at the phone while showing others. Another counter person asked her to do something and she said... "just go ahead and do it..." indicating that her job was simply not important to her. I purchased renewal software yesterday, installed it according to directions, and then ran it. All indications were fine except it said my computer was at risk. No diagnostics, no explanation, nothing, just AT RISK! I called support who diagnosed a VIRUS by asking me to read off Task Manager numbers. When I asked what to do, person suggested checking EVERY SINGLE file for virus extension OR paying $99.99 to have Norton technician diagnose and fix. This was either incompetence or a scam. I have had a Walmart/Discover card for many years and have always paid off the balance in full each month. I have never paid interest charges on it or any credit card. I loved the card as I got 1% cash back, a discount on Walmart gasoline of 3 cents per gallon, free cash advances with any purchase, and the convenience of paying my bill in any Walmart Supercenter. Dont ever buy an electronic item from a Zoom Vending machine - especially at Macy's. The return policy - which they do NOT tell you when you buy - is ONLY through Zoom Systems. Zoom Systems makes you call in to an 800 number, fill out a form over the phone, then wait 10 days to get an email telling you how to return the product - at your expense and insured - to them. I clicked on the ad and filled all the details for the trial which on the site indicated only $ 1.95 and the ad says the charge acai would apprear on the credit card statment. Talk about two companies with no concern for delivering what you paid for! Have had the worst experience with Comcast Xfinity triple play service. DO NOT EVER SIGN UP WITH THEM!!! 1. Signed me up for service but no cable connection available to the home 2. After 2 months of going back and forth, dug up my driveway and brought cable to the doorstep 3. Sales person promised me (by email) AnyRoom HD DVR for $10/ month with no equipment/installation fees. This is a warning! Do not work for Intouch Wireless. They have cell phone kiosk pritty much in every mall. I used to work for a smaller company selling tmobile from one of these kiosk. Then a company called intouch wireless brought them out. I work with the prior company for over 5 years. (no issues with them) As soon as Intouch wireless took over thats when the nightmare began. I have been dealing with sears on this as there was no recall and obviously no longer a waranty. A return flight Faro – Lyon was booked with ebookers France for May 2010. Due to the volcanic ash problems the flight could not be executed due to major delays. The operator TAP gave us the necessary papers to enable us to claim the refund with ebookers. All the necessary info was submitted to ebookers. First of all, I couldn't deny that Far East Flora has nice wrapping for bouquet. This was the 3rd time I am ordering with them online, and had experience a terrible service! The flowers should be sent by 1pm on 31 Dec 2010.
