Yesterday I arrived from Paris to New York, JFK one hour late due to the weather at 11:pm. Flight AF010. We were kept in the airplane for 5-6 hours until 5 am. I still do not understand how the entire airport of JFK could not find a boarding dock for the airplane to release us. Shortly after purchasing in 2006, this unit needed repaired as it would not recognize any DVD's --initially LG was charging us to repair, but sent our check back telling us it was a covered repair. now 3 years later it has the same problem and is unusable.
