I never got a loan from them or applied for "Identity Theft Protection" seems like they are what you need the protection from. Therefore I don't understand why they'd charge this to my account. Hi I just got a 2010 KIA Reo LX and drove it 10 miles. Then I took it back the same day and told them there is a vibration going on. Jeff Wyler service departement told me to drive this new car 1000 miles and the Vibration should go away. 3 days latter I took this car back because I did not like how it drives. Despite having cancelled my membership (and being surprised by the extra 30 days I got charged) they are still debiting my account several months later and claim to have never received a cancellation. I decided to switch home owner insurance to Citizens and the cancellation arrived 5 days later after the bank issued payment to ARGUS. Therefore, I had duplicated coverage of two insurances for about 5 days. I ordered a magazine subscription (which I later found out was over priced) on July 19 2010 and never recieved anything from them. Signed a 4 yr lease and my company closed down after 2 yrs. No out clause, they won't work with you, they just want their money either all at once as a buy out (no reductions in price by the way) and you don't keep the machine, or monthly payments for the full 4 yrs and (you don't keept the machine). I purchased an ASUS U30JC notebook computer online from B&H Photo on Nov. 30, 2010. The computer was back-ordered, so I didn't receive it until Dec. 10 via UPS. They pop up on your credit card statements charging fee's up to and over $15.00 then when you call to inquire about them they argue, refuse to remove the fee's and state that if your credit has been checked recently you requested this service. I contacted Alliant Energy about my time of day meter running when it should not be. The customer service rep told me I didn't know how to read the meter. HAHA The meter has a running total of kwh used and it has on peak kwh used. Quite obvious the on peak should not be running off peak. Jewelry returned to store purchased from within the required 14 day period. Store issued typed printed receipt. The store receipt indicated that it was issued to my daughter. No indication on receipt that it needed to be used within a certain time period. Thus it should have been as good as cash. My daughter tried to use the credit at the store yesterday and was told that since the store could not find it in their computer they would not honor it. I am a new subscriber and after signing up with them they informed me via email later that I only get 3000 minutes per month and not unlimited even though it is advertised and never been informed while signing up with them.
