I ordered a magazine subscription (which I later found out was over priced) on July 19 2010 and never recieved anything from them. It is now mid-December and after leaving several messages that were never returned, I finally got a live person on the phone. they said they couldn't find any record of the transaction but they will send the January issue of the magazine for free, the my subscription will start the month after. we'll see how this turns out. read full review »

Signed a 4 yr lease and my company closed down after 2 yrs. No out clause, they won't work with you, they just want their money either all at once as a buy out (no reductions in price by the way) and you don't keep the machine, or monthly payments for the full 4 yrs and (you don't keept the machine). Bad company don't deal with them.
Only early out is to find someone to take over the lease. Yeah right. Any class action suits out there, count me in. read full review »

I purchased an ASUS U30JC notebook computer online from B&H Photo on Nov. 30, 2010. The computer was back-ordered, so I didn't receive it until Dec. 10 via UPS. Upon installing the battery and powering up the computer, I noticed that there was a large rectangular area of white pixels in the upper left hand corner of the screen. Scott Leese Scam Artist stole $2100 from me and other businesses. I have found out since my complaint that mr scott leese has officially been fired from leapfish.com and reply.com for his sales fraud that has cost me $2100 and other people also. The company cannot refund my money because the agreement was clear regardless of the lies that scott leese created to get around them. On receipt from BRU is a chance to win $500.00 by going on web ssite WWW.BRU-SURVEYS.COM. In doing that, one can't get on that site because it says that the time has expired. The receipt clearly states to respond by 12/24/10. Today is 12/23/10. Its a normal routine that our gas supply Shed down from 12:00PM to 12:00AM daily. some time Gas supply shed down from Morning to late night. We didn't seen yet in whole December month normal pressure of the Gas. OK its acceptable due to heavy load but why only these 02 street Gas totally shed down while other area have normal supply. So, I just paid $29.99 to find out information about my personal trainer. He stole $200 and I need to take him to small claims court. I have a social but wanted to verify through this website. Well, I paid and I did have the correct name come back to me, however I cannot access the report from this company, or download it. I have sent THREE "help" requests and have not heard from anyone AND, there is no contact info on this website which leads me to believe its a SCAM. Don't use SearchBySSN.org!!! After 3 weeks of emails, phone calls, messages on IM he is completely ignoring us.

Pretty bad when it's the fraud protection service ripping you off - I think the identity security and fraud protection resources.com services are the real frauds... They pop up on your credit card statements charging fee's up to and over $15.00 then when you call to inquire about them they argue, refuse to remove the fee's and state that if your credit has been checked recently you requested this service. I contacted Alliant Energy about my time of day meter running when it should not be. The customer service rep told me I didn't know how to read the meter. HAHA The meter has a running total of kwh used and it has on peak kwh used. Quite obvious the on peak should not be running off peak. DUH Needless to say, I stopped the time of day service and am here to ask all that use time of day to monitor their meters closely. read full review »

CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD CHARGES! - I found charges on my credit card that are not mine from this website. I don't know where they got my card number! I am very selective as to how I use it on the internet. This site claims they service disgusting websites. Their support line, FindSupportOnline.com, does the same thing according to a web review I found. They are located in Wisconsin and sell Birkenstock shoes. The store has three names and the owner never returns your money if you return the item. This is the worst bogus scam company I have every dealt with!! They shipped the wrong items and don't even try to work with you in sending out a return label or work with the costumer towards resolution. The only form of communication is via email which is useless...don't bother calling the 1-800 number you'll only get a voicemail that sounds like someone's personal answering machine out of a garage. It looked great and I gave the guy a good review on Ebay but later discovered it had been dropped and the repairs would cost over $2000.00 more than I had paid for it. Jewelry returned to store purchased from within the required 14 day period. Store issued typed printed receipt. The store receipt indicated that it was issued to my daughter. No indication on receipt that it needed to be used within a certain time period. Thus it should have been as good as cash. My daughter tried to use the credit at the store yesterday and was told that since the store could not find it in their computer they would not honor it. Vonage is advertising for unlimited world calling plans for only $29.95/ month. I am a new subscriber and after signing up with them they informed me via email later that I only get 3000 minutes per month and not unlimited even though it is advertised and never been informed while signing up with them. Hewlette Packard's product quality and customer service are shockingly poor, to the point of being criminal. I purchased a high end HP desktop in December of 2009 at a cost of over $1200. Three weeks after purchase the computer "Blue Screened" when exiting sleep, hibernate, and hard boot intermittently, sometimes taking all day and many boot attempts to boot successfully. Don't be fooled by the professional looking website with login details required to be able to shop, contact us page with a drop down menu for numerous departments, nationwide shipping claims, impressive terms and conditions, and professional looking invoices and order numbers.
