I purchased Nokia X2 from Carrefour Avenues Kuwait yesterday 22 Sept 2010 at 11:00 pm and once I reached home I opened the carton and inserted the simcard, it stopped reading sim card within an hour. It was already mid-night so I took the phone today 23 Sept 2010 after returning from the work. The customer service instead of replacing the faulty piece just collected the phone and gave service order and asked to call later to know my fate. This is a real pain as I had to take out time and pay for taxi and still wait for days and the mercy of customer service for no fault of mine.
I dont know if anybody should ever return to such sales center. read full review »

Lock broke. They have a lifetime warranty. Called about a replacement. Said that if you move to a new house, you should change your locks anyways, and wouldn't give me a new lock. Their warranty is useless. read full review »

ion august 20 and 21of this year my daughters rented a room at the beacon light motel.sometime during their 2 night stay a window was broken not in their room not in a room they were in but yes next to them. the police were called and no charges were laid.yesterday i received my credit card statement and i have been charged $200. now i know they were drinking they are all over 21 and yes im sure they were rowdy but for as bad as this motel says they were they were never asked to leave till sunday when the damage was discovered. they lied and... read full review »

On July 3rd thru July 29th, I was awarded, through Guru.com, a project from Everson Enterprises, Inc., to create a 2 story home for the company’s owner. At the project's end, it was time to pay the agreed sum of $1, 900.00 for the plans that I email to him in both PDF and AutoCAD.dwg files. Stay away from this company..Physicians Mutual Insurance Co... My insurance was cancelled because I was late with 2 payments even though I've been with the company for 15 years now. I had to change banks after my father passed away (we had a checking account together because he had alzheimers. I lost my job in June of 2009 and applied with BAC for a modification being offered as a Obama program benefit to help those who lost there jobs. That is a joke!!! I started my application in Feb 2010. Sent my paper work to them multiple times and then individual requestes on almost a monthly bases. My wife bought a purse from the store in Texarkana Mall called Its In The Bag. Two days later the bag breaks, they exchange on mutual agreement the next day that bag also breaks, my wife tried to get her money back they wouldn't do it instead they insisted she take another bag and they even tried to offer her a job. We had (5) Citadel sliding doors with side panels installed in a new house in 1999. All of these doors leak because of rotting wood underneath the sill. One door was replaced by Peachtree in 2002, and that one leaks again. The Flip Ultra HD Model U212OW is a defective product because it cannot be properly recharged after drainage of the battery. All sorts of error messages ensue. It was bought in Dec. 2009 as a holiday present. Until August I put up with the inconvenience of having to remove the batteries from the camcorder and reinserting them before every recharge. Hello a number of years ago I purchased from Cingular an aircard with a true unlimited usage plan, not the 5g/Month that most providers are offering now. On my last bill I was informed that AT&T is no longer going to honor that contract by changing the plan to the current 5g/month max usage. Overages are charged to your account and are very expensive.
I want to know is this even legal? I am not a lawyer but I do know right from wrong. This is a breach of contract on AT&T’s part.

I purchased a brand new Husqvarna Viking Designer Ruby Sewing/Embroidery machine for $6000.00 on September 3rd. I used it for 30 minutes and it quit functioning. I took it back to the store the next day. It, of course, was a holiday weekend. A new one was ordered September 7th. Staples did it again. Managed to let down the employee one more time. Even though the new health care reform states that my child can remain covered on our group health care policy until she is 26. She is being dropped at the end of October and will not be able to enroll again until July 1, 2011. This because she is no longer a student. The reform bill states that an employer can't force this issue, but Staples found the loophole that allows them to drop the insured party because of the open enrollment date. After several attempts to notify the post office to this problem, they could not resolve. The automatic reader only reads the first part of the name. Cell phone model no. C903 was purchased on 19th. May 2010. Battery was not able with stand for a day. Hence went back to the supplier POORVIKA, Mylapore, Chennai, India and he adjusted brightness and returned. But after some time the mobile was getting auotomatically and getting swithched off. Approached the sevice centre at Chennai and they reloaded the software and in the bargain lost all my datas. The work order no. being SE10AGR25647 dated 31st. AUG.2010.
