They refused to answer my question when I asked about their refund and before that kept giving me the round around on how thing operate that wasn't specified in their procedures. My husband took his car to Hi-Q to get new tires fitted. We paid for the wheel balancing, but the balancing was totally out. Come to find out, they lied to us about going out and making an attempt to get the car--- they never did it when she was telling us that it was being done.
