I went to Moody National Bank on 7/31/2006. I had 2 similar documents to notary publicize with a valid picture ID. The manager of the branch Mr. Joey Juarez told me that he is not going to notary public more than one of a similar document. His reasoning was that he has to record both of them in his notebook. I ordered furniture for a company called Three Js Furniture. I ordered a bedroom suite and a living room set. I received the bedroom suite 2 weeks after the date he promised. I received my living room suite 2 months after the promised date. He gave me a loveseat with a rip in it. He told me he would bring me a new one next week. I purchased a bike from Bicycle Works and was not relayed their return policy in person. No signs were posted anywhere either. I purchased a Lexmark X6575 and when I ran out of ink purchased a remanufactured ink cartridge from a company I have trusted for years. There is nothing wrong with the reman cartridge, but the printer will not show me what my ink levels are. After all, we pay them a maintenance fee of $500.00 per month. Encore Mktg/American Leisure have been charging my American Express care $16.95 each on Mar. 8, Apr 5, May 18, May 31, and June 15, 2010. The Aspen Dental scam happened to me at their office in Springfield, Ohio. In June and July 2010. We receive calls from HRRG, 1-800-567-1757 pretty much everyday now. They leave a message if we do not answer and if we do answer it is a generated recorded message asking us to call them back and they will be willing to help us with our bill. But when you call back, it is nothing but rude and arragant representatives on the other line. I have purchased YAMAHA Fazer 5-6 months back from J Williams & Co pune showroom but it is constantly giving me problems while starting bike. Neither it is acting for self start or kick start.
