I ordered skates from them selecting UPS 2 Day Air Express Shipping in the amount of $33.12. They shipped the skates UPS Ground, which was at a cost of approx $14.20. I asked them for a refund in shipping charges since they shipped it via a different, cheaper method and they refuse to refund the difference in shipping since I "Still got them in 2 days". I brought my 2009 Venza in for electrical issues. They had the car twice and could not fix. Then when I complained a third time, all records of the complaints disappeared and they refused to service the car any further.
