I was double charged when I refilled my minutes over the phone. I am now 30 hours into trying to get this resolved and I still have no results. Due to the double charges, I now have a giant amount of overdraft fees as I did not have an extra 46.08 in the account to cover the double charges. Now they will NOT make it right. In June of 2009, I purchased and had installed a laminate floor manufactured by Shaw. The product is their Radiant Luster line. It's their top of the line floor and expensive. My business accounts were going crazy with overcharges with this bank. I switchd most of my accounts to another bank. I haven't changed anything and get nooooooo overcharges. I still have 2 accounts there and today got huge overdrafts again. It seems like even when I put in 3000 a day I still get overcharges.I read an article a while back that said BBand T said they would only charge 3 overdrafts maximum.
