This company based out of Deer Park, NY is a disgrace. I originally thought i was dealing with the original co. Total Leather Care ( who was great !, but they are now The Leather Solution in Baldwin, NY ). The deceptive way this co. presents itself as total leather solutions should be criminal . They have one technician i eventually found out after asking for another more skilled one to come out and redo the original repair. I asked not to send out the tech . covered in tatoos, very scary. The owner john was very pushy and i never did get my problem solved . I am now filing papers with the Suffolk County court . Beware of this company. read full review »

On checking my Credit Report at Experian on 3/5/2010, I was surprised to find an account attached to me. This account is regarding Credit Card from GE/Lord & Taylor. I buy Dairy Glen milk, which is carried by my main food store. The milk turns sour 80% of the time 2 to 5 days before its expiry date. Our fridge is new and keeps things cold. I have tried to redeem Charter Points for 3 months
I have nearly 50, 000 points and Charter keeps telling me to use my points.
Each time I go online the Charter Reward website has no place to go to renew.
They say they do but it doesn't exisist.
It always takes me back to where I started.
I order online all the time and I'm not an idiot.
Either their site is not user friendly or this is a scam.
I hope it's the first.
I am getting ready to go to directtv or report this to Consumer Fraud of CT.

This leading taxi firm is merging with another leading private hire taxi firm called (40 40 40). They will gain a monopoly on the local private hire business. This is unfair, such mergers should be assessed properly by local councils and analysis should be done on how they will affect others. Its ok having such checks done on large firms but this has exactly the same effect as those but on a smaller scale. read full review »

My pool has not been completed to date and I keep getting excuses about why it not complete from the Waterworkz. I bought a 1999 ford windstar from used car world @ 2351 sawmill run blvd pittsburgh, pa in Feb of 2010.
I made it 10 miles down rd and my check engine light came on and tranny would not shift into overdrive.
I immediately called them and they said call tomorro and they would fix it. I called and the owners were snowed in. This went on for a week. I had less than 20 miles on van and they refused to fix my issues or meet me half way.

My son worked for this company out of the Columbus, Ohio warehouse, installing Directv. He left because they wanted him to do someone elses trouble call at no charge. He uses his own gas and tools so he said not unless he got paid for it. It wasn't his install. They told him that they would mail his check. Payday was 8/20/09 and he's still waiting. I recently have been seeing ads on TV about how friendly and courteous the service at Belew drugs broadway shopping center is. I would like to disagree. When the senior Mr. Belew ran the place it was a good pharmacy. Since his passing its all gone to the bottom. His son and daughter run this hole in the wall and never get it right. So, I put a deposit on a $22, 500 used Pontiac after a day or two of negotiations with a salesman...all set to pickup the car on the weekend. Two days later I get a message to call my salesman, the car apparently already had a deposit on it but they have another one "exactly the same" I can have. Well, that car has $5, 500 more miles, no sunroof and has been modified with headers and other performance mods.

I too, like so many others got caught in this Web Scam. When I initially clicked on the site there was only a $1.95 charge referenced in the ad. The ad indicated that the company was affiliated with Google. Thats the only reason I clicked on it. What a SCAM! This was around December 14th. I had Liposuction with Dr. Ganchi, paid a lot of money and ended up with only one side of my waist liposuctioned. My waist is uneven and is very visible with tight clothing, Dr. Ganchi was willing to do a revision charging a lot more money, He should not charge for his own mistakes. I don't know Dr. Ganchi does this purposefully just to get more money from you, or he is just not experienced enough with Liposuction.

Ms. Lola's lace Wig Party was a total rip off.(In Pensacola, FL.) We drove for hours to stumble into an unorganized mess. They did not have Hott Wigs to choose from and if you want something they tell you, you have to custom order it, something you can do at home. They overcharge the customers there, and the discount isn't much of a discount maybe ten dollars off the original price. I won ebay item 330407992836 on 3/2/2010, their payment terms stated 7 days were allowed for payment. On 3/3/2010, TWO rude and demanding emails were received demanding payment immediately. Payment was made on 3/3/2010, immediately thereafter I received a email wanting to cancel the transaction because they didnt have the product. Three offers were made to them to correct the situation, all three were denied. If a company is going to sell a item, then send rude and demanding requests for payment, they should be required to actually have the item they are selling. read full review »

This guy is a total snake!!! Stay far far away from this guy! According to various complaints online, he works in Merchant services (credit card processing) as a "partner" for a company that has various names, he cant keep it straight. Several of his clients have complained that he has "sold" services to them but requires an up front deposit that he has basically ran away with and never offered any services or paid them for charges ran through his credit card machines that he sells them. After numerous scheduling problems, overcharges to my account and non-returned phone calls, I decided to close my account.
I closed my account with this company last September, but they continued to bill me for services.
I called & emailed the company numerous times, but never received a response.
