I bought a mansfield duel drill for a christmas present. I received the drill on october 27th 2009. I then wrapped the present, in good faith, thinking that all parts would be inside the box.The battery was missing when my boyfreind opened his present. As you can understand the drill is useless. I also purchased a Calypso washer back in November 2003 from Sears. I was never informed of any class action suit. I have had four service calls in the last five months, and their contracts says that they will replace the machine if they change four parts in a 12 month period. It sells you a cable modem and a wireless router and offers you a rebate if you send them several items of information, proofs of purchase, and documentation, including a copy of 2 months of your Comcast bill. I used their software in computer that crashed about year and half ago and it has been disposed off. I purchased a new computer with new software and Norton product is not on the new computer which is a year old.
