I was charged $54.99 on 12/27/09 with my American Express Card under NORTON ANNUAL RENEWAL SOFTWARE VAB41539501 95014. I used their software in computer that crashed about year and half ago and it has been disposed off. I purchased a new computer with new software and Norton product is not on the new computer which is a year old. I got my Coke reward item in reasonable time but it is the worst pair of headphones I have ever seen. The headband is so short that it can only cover one ear. The ear pads are so small even a childs' ear would not be covered comfortably. The battery compartment door does not fit well when the batteries are installed. Trust me, Easy Saver / ProFlowers is still at it (at least as of December 2009)! They charged my Discover card $14.95 per month without any authorization for several months before I caught it. I complained to Discover, who dealt with Easy Saver. Easy Saver told Discover they would send me a rebate, so Discover reversed the temporary credit they had given me initially. I am very upset with this company and the way they handle their customers.
