This is the most irresponsible management that I have ever seen. The maintainence is horrible. For each problem you have to complain a few times before anyone shows up. Finally when someone shows up after a week or two to address the problem it is done inadequately. I end up in fixing things myself or adjusting with the problem. As a frequent customer I have never found to have had a problem with Monster Energy Drinks until last night. Both my sister and I had purchased a can of Monster Assault, and the Low carb Monster and found that while driving both of the cans had developed a crack in them. They do not disclose the real price of $139.00, if you return the product in 30 days you also pay the return shipping cost. They use a deceptive billing letter indicating they have sent you numerous letters when they have not. I used these guys once for a reverse number lookup at a one time charge. The next month they took $24.99 out of my account. I managed to get onto their website and cancel any sort of membership I may have.
