I purchased a $900.00 set of gas (propane) logs from Ener-G-Tech in mid- November. I needed the logs and a propane tank installed. I asked the salesperson (you must be waited on by a salesperson, this business is not self-service)if they install. He informed me they had a list of plumbers they recommend. I purchased $35, 000 worth of product from them in 1993. One window failed within the warranty period and the others have been in the process of failing from day one. All of my windows/doors what are exposed to the elements are failing. I have repaired 2 windows that were rotted and now 5 more are letting water in. I have tried many times to get through to this company to stop deducting the charges from my bank account and charge card. I want to cancel receiving the Hydroderm Product. I have tried all of the phone numbers given both on the internet and from the company charging my account and I get the same results. I have taken my 1998 Dodge truck to Carson ServiCenter for over a year now for the same ongoing problem. I have paid them over $2, 000.00 dollars to fix this problem. Took my car in for diagnostics due to a 'clicking' noise when starting my car. Just had my alternator replaced and battery was about four months old. We took our 93 Lumina in to the garage because our rear driver side wheel seemed to be dragging a bit at times. We went to Universal Car Care because it was close, not because we had been there before. We just didn't feel that the car should be driven across town due to brake problems. The stucco on our Fuller home has been falling off before the 1 year warranty expired. Fuller homes has tried to fix the issue 3 or more times but with minor patches that don't work. They refuse to fix it now since it is out of warranty. They basically performed minor patches to let the warranty expire & wont help us anymore.
