Rebuttal to "Misty" Two wrongs do not make one right. Perhaps the person you responded to was not even aware of doing anything wrong, if what you say is accurate. I have personally been fighting TWC for the past 3 years for their fraudulent practices of promising one charge for a particular account and two months later, adding further non-justified charges. I live in Perth, Western Australia, and I emailed a request for help in a lost item, it is now over 48 hours since my compliant was lodge, and except for the automated response, I have not received anything from Royal-mail, The other problem I had, was they set menu form making a compliant required a postcode, but it will not except overseas postcodes, it requires a postcode for the United Kingdom. Both companies are fraudulet. Interstate charged me over 200% of the move quote. Held my furniture hostage until paid. In addition, damages came to over $4, 000 dollars on my furniture. All Boro Refinishing: I had my clawfoot bathtub refinished in January 2009. At the time of refinishing, they oversprayed and had drips, which they came back a couple days later and fixed. Now, several months later, the tub had developed bubbles all over the outside of the tub. My paperwork says that the work is warrantied for two years from bubbling and cracking. they suckered my girlfriend into delivering att phonebooks in the local area, promising wage, milage, and a bonus for correct delivery. the results were a job that one person couldnt do alone, so 2 people, getting paid $1.47 per hour. the milage racked up in in a 1993 ford explorer was 115 miles, because the supplied map was incorrect, at $2.64 per gallon and according to their computer, thats $14.75... not by my calculator. that leaves $71 for labor and bonus. the job took 4 days of 6 hours each day making a grand total of $ 1.47 per hour counting the bonus. with the loss of $36 on the fuel. no matter how you cut it thats A RIP OFF. read full review »

OK so I have been trying to get child support for 12 years for my daughter. Broke is an understatement! This lawfirm is responsible for taking many homes of Coloradian's. I lived in my home for 10 years and because of a bad adjustable rate loan secured through Countrywide I lost my home. (FLM Law Firm) We told them we were no longer interested in doing business with them after we had better luck dealing with our mortgage companies ourselves than they were apparently having.
