To date my husband and I have received over 15 - 20 phone calls from this company within a four-month period. On each and every call placed to our home we have requested that this company remove us from their list and not to contact us again. These people are deceitful and fraudulent (material misrepresentation). They promise you free watches and 7 magazines which you only allegedly pay for postage. When you hang up the phone and do the math the magazines over the 3 year come out to be over $10000.00(US). This is a very successful SCAM website based in the UK, running sites on US servers claiming to sell fake diplomadegrees. All contact with this website is through an e-mail address and payment via Western Union. You cannot get your money via Western Union since it's as good as cash. We had Greystone come do our patio which turned out fine. The problem was when a minor issue came up with the completion of the job I my calls were not returned for a month. When I finally called back for the 4th time I spoke to an employee who was very rude and dismissive and said I had only called to "tear her a new one" this was just silly as I had not been rude or discourteous. After checking my Visa transactions, I found out I had a charge of almost 40$ of a company I never heard of... Found out, after calling, that Classmates.com gives your credit card information to them and they charge you without your consent. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I placed an order for custom made wood bats through the web site in November, 2005. I paid through the site with a credit card. I have tried to get Dave to fulfill my order numerous times through the web site email and through phone calls to no avail. Never any answer. But he continues to take paid orders, keeping the money and ignoring the order. I purchased a Franklin Recliner Sofa from Gardner-White Furniture which came with a manufacturing defect seam in the middle cushion as well as a tear in the top cushion. Because I did not notice these items within 48 hours of delivery Gardner-White refuses to replace them or fix them under warranty so lucky me I get to pay full price for bargain basement furniture.
