I bought a box spring and frame from Sleepy's in Vails Gate, NY and less than 3 months later the thing collapsed under normal use. It is clearly defective with a bulge sticking out the bottom from a weak supporting rail. They sent out their representative who took pictures and they said the manufacturer's report showed no defect and that there was a stain on the box spring anyway so they could not exchange it. On April 8 2009 in the evening my car hit a truck parking to the right side of the speed way while I was driving leaving Alexandria and forwarding to Tanta city. I wa braking my car about 25 meters before the parked truck and the car continued sliding till hitting the truck and exposed to severe damage in the following parts: the hood, the right fender, the right lighting beam, the wind screen glass and the cover of the engine cam. But before we could pay the taxes, America's Servicing Company (ASC) paid our taxes and inforced an impound, causing our mortgage payment to double. Contract was sold to me through a auto loan at AAA as a extended warranty contract and after I incurred problems with the engine, they rebutted the problem as being beyond their contract. I contacted the Attorney Generals at NYS and NC to complain and respectively they claim that this is a Vehicle Service contract. I'm not sure why someone hasn't started on KDS Property Services in Texas yet. Their 'SOP' is finding ways to not pay contractors for work. From California, Okalahoma, Colorado, Texas and Louisiana..there are lots of contractors that haven't been paid.
