I had Haulbikes pick and deliver my motorcycle, and they took over a month to deliver it. They didn't even contact the seller to let them know they were not going to be there for second attempt pick up. I had to call them myself to let them know. Hypersteet failed to renew hosting service completely, correctly. Automatically renewed website on January 2 and sent email to confirm. Also, sent email confirming that domain was renewed for one year, the same way it was purchased. Now Hyperstreet says that the domain was not renewed and it appears someone at Hyperstreet dropped the ball and was not properly trained. Now my website has been down for months and they want me to pay $75 to get it back online. The other option they have given is to wait more weeks, until March 14, to renew the service. This company has very rude personel. For an order that was cancelled over a month ago, and reordered they will charge you for. The items are shipped and you can't return them. The lifetime warranty on their flashlights is worthless. I mailed a flashlight through the postal service and they claimed they didn't receive it. I purchased a engine for my yamaha xj900, it came with a faulty starter clutch (gearbox) 1. It was not delivered as stated 2 to 3 days, but came in 2.1/2. weeks. I installed the engine and found the fault. The content on the web site is not listed in the same order or categories, and of course isn't much fun to look at, so I requested a replacement issue or a download of the PDF.
