"blueyellowbook" has been harassing me for some time about an ad in their"book". Apparently it is supposed to be an on-line advertising company. I have NO recollection of any previous agreements with these people and will NOT pay this ridiculous "fee". When I talked to this idiot, she was rude and told me I had okayed an ad with them, whrn I told her I hadn't signed anything, she said it was a telephone order. I was offered free 30 day trial worth of ACAI-berry for the price of the shipping. I paid with my credit card.' I received only 20 days worth of product... The free trial period was only for 14 days (according to the Packing List)... If unhappy I had to return product BEFORE the end of 14 days or would be charged $39.95 for the entire product, which was supposed to be free to begin with. My grandmother had an account with AT&T. She recently got ill after moving from OH to NM and used her credit card for her new place but stopped making payments a couple months ago after she got sick. I have read some of the complaints about CPS in rip off reports. I can relate to them, because it sounds exactly how they treated me and my co-workers. The car I was sold (2002 Freelander) had more problems then any car I've bought before. Jeanie (The sales lady) promised me in ayear I wouldn't be upside down in payments which is totally not true. I had a weekend necklift by Dr Lawler. My neck and chin are all lumpy with divots and dimples. I also have hanging skin that I never had before. It looks worse than before he operated on me. I told him I did not want just liposuction on my neck and that's all he did. Later, I did my research and found out that he never really learned how to do the real weekend necklift.
